Everyday a large number of Coronary Angios, Angioplasty with Stenting and Heart Bypass surgeries are being performed at the above prices. But most importantly the package price once stated after pre-op investigations is strictly adhered to.
The Time Critical Emergency Unit at DESUN takes care of all emergency and casualty cases and is being praised by the doctors and patients alike.

Doctors’ comments

“My first patient to your hospital had been turned away by a nursing home because they7 did not have the facility to support the patient.  The way your hospital has taken care of the patient and their relatives is very good.  This happened in all the patients I have sent to your hospital till now who came bac k satisfied.  You maintain a regular feedback system, which I find is a new dimension of  any large hospital is Kolkata”
                                                                             Dr. D.Banerjee

“I had a patient who needed a ventilator and knowing that your hospital has a dedicated ventilator for each ICU bed, I sent my patient to your hospital without taking any risk.  That was my first patient.  Every day your hospital took the initiative to keep me updated about the patient condition which is a unique feature.  My patient’s family was grateful to me for recommending your hospital . I have sent several patients thereafter and all of them have given very good feedbacks.  Keep it up”.

Patients’ Comments

“ I could not believe that such a glamorous hospital would provide so much care and attention and I could get my heart bypass done at only Rs. 1 lac whereas other hospitals charge much higher.  I paid only one package amount during admission and did not have to pay a single paise extra.  My friends and relatives were amazed because  they were expecting the hospital by some excuse or other would charge at least Rs.15 to 20 thousand extra.  My only wish is that  DESUN   keeps up this good work.

“25 years ago I had lost faith in Kolkata hospitals.  Since my business was based in South India I used to travel to Chennai for medical treatment and take others too.  One day I woke up and found myself in DESUN hospital ICU.  I was told that I had been in coma for 3 days and was suffering from septicaemia with shock. I was also told that at 2.0’clock at night when my condition started sinking DESUN got 5 specialist doctors of different departments who not only took care of me but also keep my wife and brother updated on how I was  doing .  I got back my life because of DESUN and my faith in at least one hospital in Kolkata has been restored after 25 years.
